Eligibility
To participate in the Red Ear Referral Program, you must be a current or past client of Red Ear ("Referrer"). A "Qualified Referral" is defined as a new business entity that:
- Has not previously worked with or been in active sales discussions with Red Ear.
- Signs a service agreement for Google Ads management, website development, or other Red Ear services.
- Minimum Spend: The referral's initial contract or first project must have a total value of at least $1,000 CAD (excluding taxes or third-party ad spend).
-
The Rewards
Once a Qualified Referral meets the requirements in Section 3:
- The Referrer will receive a $500 service credit.
- The Referee (Friend) will receive a $250 discount on their first invoice or project.
-
How & When Credits are Issued
Rewards are not "instant" upon signing. To ensure the partnership is a fit:
- Credits are issued only after the Referral has paid their first $1,000 in invoices to Red Ear.
- Once payment is verified, the Referrer's $500 credit will be applied to their next scheduled invoice or held on file for future work.
-
Credit Limitations
Feature Policy Cash Value Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund. Transferability Credits are non-transferable and stay with the Referrer's account. Stacking Referrers may stack credits (e.g., two referrals = $1,000 credit). Expiration Credits must be used within 12 months of issuance. Third-Party Costs Credits cannot be applied toward direct ad spend (Google/Meta) paid to the platform; they apply only to Red Ear service fees. Right to Terminate Red Ear reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time. In the event of termination, all earned credits will be honored for the remainder of their 12-month validity period.
